Yoga through the King of Sciences

यथाऽऽकाशस्थितो नित्यं वायुः सर्वत्रगो महान्। तथा सर्वाणि भूतानि मत्स्थानीत्युपधारय

yathākāśha-sthito nityaṁ vāyuḥ sarvatra-go mahān tathā sarvāṇi bhūtāni mat-sthānītyupadhāraya

Word Meanings

yathā ākāśha-sthitaḥ nityam vāyuḥ sarvatra-gaḥ mahān tathā sarvāṇi bhūtāni mat-sthāni iti upadhāraya

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਮਹਾਨ ਪਵਨ ਸਦਾ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਣੋ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
