Path of the Eternal God
प्रयाणकाले मनसाऽचलेन भक्त्या युक्तो योगबलेन चैव। भ्रुवोर्मध्ये प्राणमावेश्य सम्यक् स तं परं पुरुषमुपैति दिव्यम्
prayāṇa-kāle manasāchalena bhaktyā yukto yoga-balena chaiva bhruvor madhye prāṇam āveśhya samyak sa taṁ paraṁ puruṣham upaiti divyam

Translation
At the time of death, with an unwavering mind full of devotion and through the power of yoga, fixing the life-breath completely between the eyebrows, one attains that Supreme Divine Person. മരണസമയത്ത്, ഭക്തിനിർഭരമായ അചഞ്ചലമനസ്സോടെ, യോഗബലത്താൽ പ്രാണവായുവിനെ പൂർണ്ണമായും ഭ്രൂമധ്യത്തിൽ സ്ഥിരമാക്കി, ആ പരമദിവ്യപുരുഷനെ പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
